Right between Rihanna, Lily Allen and Smurfette, there is Angele. She is considered by many as THE pop artist that we’ll all need to listen to in 2018. Her fresh and catchy first single “La Loi de Murphy” [Murphy’s Law] will soon have more than 4 million streams on YouTube. She will be performing for the second time at le Botanique on April 30th. Second concert, second sold-out. Even though she had nothing to show yet, media and profesionnals are already all about her. Her strong background (her dad is a singer, her mom an actress and her brother a rapper) and charisma are far from being her only assets. She studied at the mythical Jazz Studio of Antwerp where she learned piano and singing. By slaying opening for Damso and Ibeyi, she showed everyone that she has what it takes to stand up alone in front of a demanding public and make them dance with her acid drops
